Software Project Manager (Coraopolis, PA):
Manages a team of five IT professionals (including four software developers and one graphic designer, both on-site and off-shore) for the design and development of software applications and Web 2.0 applications, including user interfaces and custom components, using Java EE, Action Script and Flex Builder; meets with clients to understand new requirements; prepares project plans using knowledge of Java EE, Action Script and Flex Builder.
Requirements: Masters degree (or foreign degree evaluated as equivalent by US credentialing service) in computer science or a related field plus two years experience in job offered or as software engineer or programmer/analyst. In the alternative, the employer will accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree evaluated as equivalent by US credentialing service) in computer science or a related field plus five years post-baccalaureate, progressive experience in the job offered or as a software engineer or programmer/analyst. Requires two years experience in: 1) Java EE; 2) Action Script or Java Script; and 3) Flex Builder or Flash Builder. Software Project Manager (Pittsburgh, PA):
Manages design, development, analysis and quality assurance of software solutions. Manages and directs a development team of 12 Software professionals which includes software engineers, business analysts and quality assurance engineers. Manages scope, schedule, communications, risks and procurement for software projects that are designed and developed using .Net framework, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports; Plans project development, change management, subsequent releases, production support and enhancements. Communicates with client management and shares project status. Plans and conducts development status meetings, prioritizes and assigns tasks, resolves issues and conflicts.
Requires masters degree (or foreign degree evaluated as equivalent by US credentialing service) in computer science or related field, plus two years experience in the job offered or as a business analyst, software engineer or quality assurance engineer. In the alternative, requires a bachelor's degree (or foreign degree evaluated as equivalent by US credentialing service) in computer science or a related field, plus five years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the job offered or as a business analyst, software engineer or quality assurance engineer. Quality Assurance Manager (Pittsburgh, PA):
Supervises a team of 6 IT professionals (including one on-site Quality Assurance Lead and five off-shore Quality Assurance Analysts); manages quality assurance of software products using Mercury Test Director (Quality Center), JIRA Issue Management System and Mercury LoadRunner. Reviews business requirements and ensures that the Quality Assurance team follows CMMI, IT industry best practices; manages preparation and execution of test plans, scripts and reviews and reports defects; ensures that each version of software meets certain quality criteria, and does not affect continuity of business functions; keeps abreast of new developments in quality assurance of software in order to deliver high quality new features; provides training and assists business users to conduct User Acceptance Testing.

Business Analysis Manager (Pittsburgh, PA):
Manages a team of 3 IT professionals on-site and 22 offshore for the business process implementation of software applications using Java Business Process Modeling, Webmethods Business Process Modeling and Cognos Business Intelligence & Reporting; reviews and edits business requirements and specifications, business processes and recommendations for software solutions; meets with client management and establishes the high-level business concepts and goals for the development and implementation of the software; Participates in decisions regarding performance appraisals and promotions of employees.

Manages the development of computer system and software applications using .Net framework (including Visual C#.Net, VB.Net, Asp.Net, Visual Studio.Net) and SQL server, 100% of time; with percentages of time on each duty as follows: manages the work of 12 software engineers, assigns tasks and reviews their work 45%; Reviews software application and systems project plans to plan and coordinate project activity, 20%; estimates project costs and plans budget, 5%; Consults with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs, system requirements and resolve problems, 20%; Stay abreast of advances in technology,5%; Participates in hiring of software engineers, 5%.
