Most post close and due diligence (Pre/Post funding) activities required rapid access to 35-45 categories (buckets) of documents. Visionet’s workforce and its software is trained to achieve desired cleansing and indexing in short period of time. Visionet on average indexes 30,000 files a month. This service is priced on a transaction basis.

Data Extraction

Data extraction is needed for data modeling, risk analysis, due diligence, pricing and doc-to-data integrity. Visionet offers a myriad of data extraction services serving mortgage and insurance industries. Software driven double data entry mechanisms’ are used to offer 99.9% accuracy. The number of data fields vary based on customer needs.

Document Tracking & Fulfillment

As the assets change hands or get distressed it is often necessary to verify the original documents. Chasing missing documents is the most expensive part of any business process. Visionet’s VisiTRAK is specifically designed for tracking and managing missing documents. All the vendor/consumer/service provider contact and follow-up is managed from offshore while the physical handling is done by the custodian. Often document indexing and tracking services are bundled together. This service is priced on a seat/hour basis.
