Key Objectives

• Enhance applications to make them business compliant. This was necessary because of the:
• Growing family of brands, customers and retails stores.
• Acquisition of major Europe brands.
• Growing business across the world where have to dealt with multiple currencies, date formats and taxation rules.
• Upgrade supply and demand reports to support worldwide currencies, currency formats and date/time formats.
• Re-engineer WMS and EDI interface applications in Oracle to make them efficient and scaleable.
• Provide business planners with more flexibility to plan product lines at store level along with enhanced marginal analysis capabilities.
• Support growing family of outlets/retail stores, enhance RAMS to make it capable of Multiple Currency/date-time formats.
• End-to-end quality assurance for PLS system that includes product design, costing, raw material management and factory allocation.
• Migrate PLS reporting from HTML to SQR based reporting.
