We can offer end to end loan origination support services.

This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Complete processing support: We take it from you completing the 1003 all the way to closing. This way you can concentrate entirely on your core business of getting more customers. We will ensure your pipeline moves along at an optimal pace. The services included in loan processing are:
  1. Preparing and sending the good faith estimate and truth in lending along with the other RESPA related documents.
  2. Pricing and locking the loans in co-ordination with the loan officer.
  3. Sending out verifications ( of employment, rent etc.)
  4. Pre-underwrite the loan to ensure that it meets investor requirements.
  5. Process for Mortgage insurance if required.
  6. Order Title insurance.
  7. Order Appraisal
  8. Put the loan package together for underwriting in the investor mandated stacking order.
  9. Resolve conditions on underwriting decisions.
  10. Setup closing.
  11. Complete any post closing requirements.
  1. Certain portions can be done individually as well.

  3. Tenant verification ( both verbal and written)
  1. Financial Statement Analysis and Rent Roll Analysis of multiple unit properties, mixed use, small and large commercial properties.
