Visionet Systems Launches Commercial Mortgage Technology Offering

-- All Visionet Offerings from Lead Management to REO Will Be Re-engineered over the next Eighteen Months for the Commercial Mortgage Market --

Cranbury, N.J., October 14, 2007 – Visionet Systems Inc. announces the general availability of the commercial lien release version of its VisiRelease product aptly named VisiRelease-C. VisiRelease, the leading residential mortgage lien release and assignment software, currently performs approximately 1.5 million releases a year. It is a state-of-the-art workflow and rules-based automated system. Visionet will offer an ASP version of this software for smaller volume customers. Users will also have the choice of completely outsourcing the commercial lien releases to Visionet. The commercial versions of Visionet’s two other products, VisiTrak (Document Management & Tracking) and VisiLoanReview (QA, QC, UW Review), are slated for general availability in the first quarter of 2008.

All of Visionet’s products are based on industry best practices and exception-based management. These products have been in use at residential mortgage clients for years, and the commercial versions of the above three products will help customers manage the on/offshore outsourced operations with enhanced visibility and control.
