Visionet Expands Its Customer Base and Appoints Client Services Executives

- The Mortgage Market's Shift of Focus to Risk Management Accelerates Visionet's Product Adoption -

Cranbury, N.J., July 10, 2007 –Visionet Systems Inc., a leading provider of technology and business process outsourcing services, has signed with six new clients in the first half of the year. Visionet’s India subsidiary is expected to grow by 100% in 2007 as well. Their mortgage centric product suite has expanded and now includes eleven distinct products covering the mortgage value chain from end to end.

Visionet uses six sigma practices on a worldwide basis in delivering technology, products, and services to its large and small clients. In order to improve their customer’s experience, Visionet is enhancing its operational team by appointing new senior client satisfaction and services executives.

Rooban Soni is joining Visionet’s New Jersey office as Director of Client Services. Mr. Soni has ten years of experience working at Global 500 Service companies in product and service support areas.

Gabriel Arce is joining the company’s West Coast office as Client Services Executive. Mr. Arce has previously worked at an online loan origination software vendor and has a proven track record in mapping the client requirements.

Eric Finver will move into an executive customer support role to cover Visionet’s marquee clients in the South East region of the United States that are using Visionet’s Enterprise software offerings to run key functions of their business. Mr. Finver will focus on customer satisfaction and direct Visionet’s worldwide resources and offerings to meet its client needs. Visionet is also opening an office in Washington, DC to provide local support and response to its clients. Mr. Finver will be heading this office.
