Visionet Systems expands e-recording coverage of its VisiRelease® Product
Cranbury, NJ. July 22, 2009 –Visionet Systems has expanded its e-recording coverage for mortgage releases to 329 counties where releases can be electronically recorded with their concerned jurisdiction. The counties covered under the program are the largest in the country. E-recording eliminates delays and errors, and lowers the lien release costs. The total number of e-recording counties is projected to go up to 450 by the end of the year. “Our VisiRelease solution processes more than one million releases a year at some of the largest residential mortgage servicers in the United States,” said Arshad Masood, President of Visionet Systems Inc.
VisiRelease is an orchestration of task workflow, rules templates, and interfaces operating seamlessly under a queue management environment. This combination of tools has refined the business process from payoff to final mortgagor notification by increasing throughput by as much as 100% and reducing reconveyance time to the minimum. This increase in productivity has an immediate effect on the servicer’s bottom line and customer satisfaction.
VisiRelease has a built-in executive dashboard to provide real-time information regarding the operations of the lien release department. VisiRelease is designed so that a client can manage the outsourced and in-sourced tasks from a unified console. The added functionality to transfer workload to and from the vendor to the internal lien release department provides optimal resource utilization. The system has built-in tools to track individual productivity and errors.
VisiRelease provides interfaces to most document imaging systems for document to data entry on a single screen. It calculates the optimal county fees, prints the exact and current county recording documents, maintains digital signatures and notary seals for appropriate counties and municipalities, and interfaces with the accounting system for check generation.
