Work with the Client Partner to close deals on prospects, help craft winning proposals, recommend solutions to customers, and define win themes and strategies.
Establish and execute account strategy with clear mapping to customer priorities and competitive landscape; support ideation and drive revenues from vertical-specific solutions/IP and nonlinear tech areas; and establish and execute account governance based on client’s business units, geographical spread and Mindtree’s service lines’ potential.
Own and drive all the key proposals/RFPs for new customer business units, large deals and new service lines, and interface with delivery partners to set delivery metrics/targets and drive customer excellence in accounts.
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in IT services business sales
- Minimum of 5 years direct sales experience
- Team management experience preferred
- Demonstrated content in digital (technical, solution and functional) to convince VP and director-level stakeholders.
